Learn a simple approach to building a climate career that nourishes the planet and yourself! Claudia Geratz will lead this interactive workshop in which you will experiment with science-backed approaches. Research has proven these techniques to be effective at creating a career that you feel confident in and energized by.

Climate career job seekers are motivated to pivot into climate because they understand the urgency to act. They are also often very familiar with the emotional weight of climate anxiety and despair. Yet, most changemakers don't have a space to talk about this emotional burden, and they lack effective strategies to navigate recurring episodes of climate anxiety.

• ​Understand the common climate emotions and how they show up in your body, your mind, and your heart

• ​Learn practical strategies to connect with your climate emotions through compassion, care, and community

• ​Leave feeling empowered to befriend your climate emotions and move into positive action

Climate Cafés are safe spaces to talk and listen about the emotions and thoughts you might experience in relation to the global climate and biodiversity crisis. It's a place to meet with other concerned people and voice these reactions that might otherwise not have a space to be heard or might even feel taboo to talk about.
