Come, walk to the wild side with me.

I am on a journey of rewilding minds and hearts by building a deeper connection with nature and the web of life. Research tells us that nature is an incredible source of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. I did research in that area too, specifically in connection with outdoor coaching. You can read my research on the integral role of Mother Nature in outdoor coaching in the Journal of Ecopsychology.

But even as a researcher, I wondered:

Isn’t it funny that we need research to show us our way back to ourselves, to meaning, to purpose, to joy and happiness?

I am now embracing Earth as my teacher and have become particularly fond of the wisdom we can find within trees. In my outdoor coaching work, I combine psychoeducational support that teaches you meaningful and practical strategies to navigate life and work, with the power of nature metaphors, mindfulness and tuning into the rhythm of life with all your senses.

If you feel called to deepen your connection with the natural world to find healing, clarity, and courage within you, then join me for a walk on the wild side.

Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect.
