The Think Like A Tree Workshop is for people with an interest in sustainability, climate and social justice who are currently going through personal or professional changes that require resilience, confidence and fresh perspectives. 

The workshop offers a space for individual reflection and learning with others what it means to navigate change in a complex world with confidence. 

With elements from Positive Psychology, Deep Time Thinking, Theory U practices and systems thinking, you will build a versatile toolbox with cognitive, emotional, physical and nature-based strategies to build your resilience.
