As a wicked problem, climate change also involves various stakeholders, requires long-term thinking, and demands complex and interconnected systemic solutions. Additionally, psychological barriers, such as climate anxiety, apathy, denial, and cognitive dissonance, make climate change even more challenging to tackle effectively.

Positive Psychology can also help you create a positive career path, harnessing resilience, your personal strengths and optimism to create and sustain an impact career that matters.
