A poem I wrote on a gentle morning in spring of the year 02024.

I walk with an open heart

a heart that shines outward

radiating love

for all humans

and the more-than-human world

radiating love

where does this lightness come from?

my heart gains energy from the ground I stand on

and from the sky above me

my heart radiates from the soil to the sky

and from the sky to the soil

it touches everything in between

all the beauty

all the joy

all the pain

all the worry

all that there is in life

and I keep walking with an open heart
